Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms
These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers

Use of Service

Our service provides VIN decoding and vehicle compatibility analysis for BMW and MINI vehicles
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to reverse engineer our service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
All vehicle information is provided for informational purposes only

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription: $9.99/month for unlimited VIN decoding and premium features
Free trial available for new users (terms specified at signup)
Payments processed securely through Stripe payment platform
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Codepro Connect
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service
BMW and MINI are registered trademarks of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG
We are not affiliated with BMW AG and use these trademarks for descriptive purposes only
Your search history and account data remains your property
We grant you a limited license to use our service according to these terms

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We do not guarantee accuracy of all vehicle information from external sources
CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility analysis is for informational purposes only
We are not responsible for modifications made to vehicles based on our information
Maximum liability limited to amount paid for service in last 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service availability not guaranteed; may be interrupted for maintenance

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or Stripe portal
Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms
Upon termination, you lose access to premium features and search history
We reserve the right to delete accounts inactive for more than 12 months
No refunds provided for early termination by user or company
